This is a hypo-allergenic and fragrance free cream that contains Hyaluronic Acid (HA), Collaxyl and Acetyl hexapeptide-3. HA has excellent water retention properties and visually gives fullness when applied to the facial area. When HA is applied to skin it eases wrinkles, helps to reduce fine lines and smooths the surface. This highly effective hydrating cream also contains Collaxyl and Acetyl hexapeptide-3 that target the deep wrinkles and are know to be highly effective in the reduction of both depth and length of deep wrinkles. 

Key ingredients

Acetyl hexapeptide-3 is a unique peptide and a promising alternative to BOTOX® injections. Its effects are very similar to those of BOTOX® injections that both reduces existing facial wrinkles and effectively against the development of new wrinkles.  Studies with human volunteers show that Acetyl hexapeptide-3 delivers superior anti-wrinkle results, with the severity of wrinkles around the eyes decreased up to 18.5% after 15 days of treatment and up to 29% after 30 days of treatment. This represents a breakthrough in cosmetic science because of its remarkable speed in anti-wrinkle activity.   

Hyaluronic acid is a naturally occurring acid found in the extracellular matrix of human tissue. Topically applied hyaluronic acid forms an air permeable layer and penetrates into the dermis thus boosting the elasticity by affecting the collagen levels and increasing hydration of the skin.

The protective breathable barrier on the skin locks in moisture which gives the skin a youthful appearance.  The cuticular layer of the skin normally contains 10-20% water, however as we age it can drop to below 10%.  Hyaluronic acid comes to the rescue with its unique ability to hold more than 1000 ml of water per gram of hyaluronic acid, which is a key factor in allowing the skin to retain more water.  Amazingly, hyaluronic acid adjusts its moisture absorption based on the relative humidity in the air.  It is the ideal ingredient in skin care products as it adjusts to the skin’s need for a moisturizing effect depending on the relative humidity of seasons and climate of an area.  Hyaluronic acid also protects the epidermis by scavenging reactive oxygen species generated by ultra violet light which would normally cause sunspots.  Hyaluronic Acid is one of the most exciting ingredients on the market today.  It was discovered by Karl Meyer in 1934 and has been successfully used in personal care and wound healing ever since. 

Until the 1990’s the only method of producing hyaluronic acid was extracting it from rooster combs.  Currently there are two forms of hyaluronic acid on the market; one derived from rooster comb and the other derived by the fermentation of yeast.

Application and Usage

Step 1: (Optional) Cleanse skin with Bellahut's Soothing Facial Cleanser.

Step 2: (Optional) Apply any of Bellahut's targeted hyaluronic acid serums to any areas that need additional attention. When applying, gently massage into the skin until product is evenly distributed and wait until it is absorbed before applying cream.

Step 3: Apply cream in the morning, evening or morning and evening to dry clean skin. Apply the cream by massaging a dab gently into the skin until absorbed.
